How it works (high level)

1. Events are created in uReport
2. Contributors submit media through uReport Connect
3. Submissions land in a pending review queue
4. Approved media can be used in stories and stored for reuse

Why we designed it this way

We wanted to solve two problems at the same time:

• Make it easy to collect more media than your staff can capture
• Keep teams in control so nothing is used automatically

This avoids the usual chaos of group texts, email threads, random cloud links, and lost content after the event ends.
