1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

uReport is committed to providing a safe experience for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any conduct that exploits or endangers children.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not use uReport to create, upload, post, share, request, promote, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexualizes minors in any way
  • Involves grooming, coercion, sextortion, or predatory behavior toward minors
  • Facilitates trafficking, exploitation, or abuse of children
  • Encourages or instructs others to harm or exploit children

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Reporting and In-App Safety

We provide a way for users to report unsafe content, behavior, or accounts within the app (or by contacting us directly). If you believe a user, post, or interaction violates this policy, please report it immediately through in-app reporting tools (if available), or by emailing info@ureport.com. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.

4. Enforcement Actions

When we become aware of content or behavior that may involve child exploitation or abuse, we may take actions including:

  • Removing content
  • Restricting or terminating accounts
  • Preserving relevant information as required by law
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities or child protection organizations, where required
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and maintain procedures for handling and escalating child safety reports, including reports related to suspected CSAM/CSAE, as required by applicable law.

6. Age Restrictions

uReport is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If we learn that a child under the minimum age has created an account without appropriate consent (where required), we may suspend or delete the account.
